I bought a House

Looks like I am about to buy this house. Its a bit rough on the inside , but if i can get it bought soon I won't have to replace the sheet rock.
This Lil' house is located 43 miles north of my folks house at Perry lake. It is my Aunts house , my uncle built it, and my Grand parents gave it to my Aunt. It has been vacant for two and a half years.

Well just signed the papers and NOW I AM A PROUD PROPERTY OWNER!!!!
now the real work begins lol.

here was where the mold was in the bed room. I still think i will have to remove the pergo flooring too.


Kitchen still haven't pulled the sheet rock yet . Not sure what I wanna do in here yet.

Hello all Lil' update on the house .





cabinet needed some change






Yard finally got mowed. Took me 3 days with a push mower, grass was 3ft tall.






My water pump. That needs a cover.


this ditch I had to dig took me 6hrs , because of all the huge rocks.




I put this vinyl gutter up in a pouring down lighting storm, I need to level it up .....lol

Awesome project Daren! Thats great that you were able to keep it in the family. Hope you enjoy the work....we are still only about 2/3 of the way through our remodeling but its hunting season now so no time for that anymore, lol!
